转机械故障预测诊断WitRMCloud业务云平台(支持私有化部署)，为用户提供故障分析、状态监控、场景监控、故障管理、运维管理、设备管理、客户管理、权限管理等平台功能;并提供平台数据读取接口功能。同时通过大数据分析工具，为专业的用户提供设备的运行状态分析、预警故障分析，并形成专业的工业设备健康诊断报告和维修建议。
通过物联网高频振动传感器和铂电阻，采集旋转设备振动特性和负载温度特性，并形成振动特性样本库;数据上传到WitCloud工业物联网数据云平台，并利用WitExpert的数据分析库进行:WitExpertIdea专家知识故障诊断、WitExpertML机器学习故障诊断以及未来WitExperAI人工智能故障诊断等工具，对实时采集的数据进行智能化分析处理，实现不平衡、不对中、松动、齿轮磨损、轴承老化等旋转机械故障预测及诊断。最终展现给客户旋转机械故障预测诊断WitRMCloud业务云平台。

Through the IoT high-frequency vibration sensor and platinum resistor, the vibration characteristics and load temperature characteristics of the rotating equipment are collected, and the vibration characteristics sample library is formed; the data is uploaded to WitCloud industrial IoT data cloud platform. Then WitExpert centre is used for deep data analysis: the function of WitExpertIdea is Expert Knowledge fault diagnosis, WitExpertML means Machine Learning fault diagnosis and WitExperAI is future objective acting artificial intelligence fault diagnosis and other tools. Intelligent analysis and processing of real-time data are collected to achieve unbalance, misalignment, looseness, gear wear, bearing aging and other rotating machinery fault prediction and diagnosis. Finally, it was shown to the customer's WitRMCloud business cloud platform for fault prediction and diagnosis of rotating machinery.
